Stay Ahead
Do your best and do not push all your final assignments off until a couple days before finals week! Try to get as much of your out of class assignments done before finals week begins. I know a lot of us are going to go home and enjoy our Thanksgiving break and not do a whole lot but eat food and watch football. Try to take a day or two out of your break and get all your homework done, if you don't have homework, make notecards for your classes that you have finals in. Because you and I both know, once finals come around, everyone does everything last minute and we all cram. I'm going to try and take my own advice here and do my work over break probably that Saturday or Sunday before we start classes again so I am prepared for the dreadful finals week.

Working out + Studying = Success
Why is it important for students to study about half hour their workout? There's many different studies that proves that studying a half hour after you are working out is the best time and most beneficial for you because the blood is still circulating through your brain and your neurotransmitters are well aware and 'awake' if you will. I think this could be a great tool to inform college students on, one it gets them to study, two it gets them to workout. If students knew that they are more likely to obtain more knowledge AFTER a workout, don't you think before your big test maybe you would go workout for about a half hour or so and then study after? Knowing you can obtain more knowledge because you are more well aware and focused? I think this is something very important that all college students, high school too, should be informed on.

Nutritional Workout
A lot of people in our day know and like to workout. They have a goal to get to that target body they always wanted. But there is always one factor that seems to be in the way. Their eating habits. What are some ways you can train your body to eat the right foods for you pre and post workout? And what are some meals you enjoy yourself before and after your workout?
Coaching Philosophy
A lot of people think that coaching has its own philosophy. Which is true. How would you deal with a team that doesn't care about practices, have a poor attitude, and doesn't care if they win or lose. What do you do as a coach to try to change their mindset? Or do you not put in any effort what so ever because you know they won't care?
